Full-time faculty shall consist of benefit-eligible personnel employed at half-time or more in teaching appointments. Full-time faculty membership shall not include adjunct, Adult Education, or Workforce Development teachers or instructors as well as tutors, visiting lecturers, administrators, or other non-academic personnel.
