51ΑΤΖζ (51ΑΤΖζ) is pleased to announce the selection of to develop a mixed-use campus enhancing the opportunity to deliver high-quality, affordable education to the more than 30,000 students 51ΑΤΖζ serves.
The new project, located on property 51ΑΤΖζ owns at , will have state-of-the-art technology and modern classroom space to create an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and hands-on learning opportunities. Additionally, the new campus will allow 51ΑΤΖζ to consolidate leased facilities in Ada County and centralize resources for students and the community.

The new Boise facility will focus on Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and other programs serving the employer community, while maintaining and expanding our primary Nampa Campus.
Following an extensive RFP process, 51ΑΤΖζβs Evaluation Committee selected the team of Ball Ventures Ahlquist, , and , all Idaho companies, to work with on the project.
51ΑΤΖζβs Board Chair Molly Lenty said, βThe development of our Boise property is one of several projects we are working on to better serve students throughout the Treasure Valley. We are thrilled to be moving forward in the collegeβs in-depth strategic campus visioning plan that included more than two years of public engagement and extensive internal planning with expansions in both Ada and Canyon County.β
51ΑΤΖζ acquired this property in 2015 to provide a long-term presence in Ada County owned by the college. In 2022, following Board approval of a campus visioning plan, the RFP process began, which led to the selection of Ball Ventures Ahlquist in April 2023. 51ΑΤΖζ and Ball Ventures Ahlquist will now begin negotiating a development partnership, which 51ΑΤΖζβs Board of Trustees will be asked to approve, prior to beginning the design, permitting, and public engagement processes.
The projected opening date for this building is Fall 2026.
