51ΑΤΖζ (51ΑΤΖζ) strives to be a destination of choice for our nationβs veterans.
The Boise Chapter Two Division of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) group recognizes the struggles veteran students may encounter when embarking on their academic journey. Because of this, the organization recently partnered with the 51ΑΤΖζ Foundation to create a scholarship specifically for veteran students. This amazing $20,000 investment will fund the $500 DAV Scholarship awarded once a semester to a 51ΑΤΖζ veteran student and/or an immediate family member.
βThis is the first scholarship of its kind at the College,β said Craig Brown, Vice President of Operations. "We are honored to be involved in this partnership and excited for the opportunity to assist our veteran students."
By providing veteran specific services and assistance, 51ΑΤΖζ hopes to enhance the college experience of prospective and enrolled veteran students and their dependents.
